Policy & Agreement

To ensure a professional, respectful, and safe experience for every guest, please take a moment to review the following policies prior to booking.

General Policy

  • Accepted forms of payment: Cash, credit, and debit cards

  • All card transactions include a 2.6% processing fee

  • No extra guests or children are permitted in the treatment suite due to limited space and privacy standards

  • Minors (age 18 or under) may be accompanied by one guardian, who must remain in the waiting area outside the treatment room during the appointment

Health & Safety

  • Clients must arrive free of open wounds, STDs, bacterial infections, fungal infections, or any other skin conditions that pose a health risk

  • If any such conditions are present or suspected, the appointment will be canceled immediately

  • Clients must disclose any medical skin conditions, known allergies, or health concerns that could affect the service

  • By booking, you agree that Skinstead LLC is not liable for any reactions or outcomes, and that services are not a medical treatment or diagnosis — your provider is not a dermatologist

Deposit Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit of $20 [$1 processing fee] is required per service

  • The remaining balance is due on the day of service

  • Deposits apply toward the cost of your appointment and cannot be refunded or transferred

  • A valid card on file is required to book

  • Processing fees may apply

  • Deposits are in place to secure and hold your appointment time

Late Arrival Policy

  • Late arrivals may limit the time and quality of your service

  • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your service may be shortened.

  • If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled, and a fee will be assessed

  • No-shows may result in future booking restrictions or permanent removal from the booking system

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation and reschedule fees are separate from deposits and must be paid within 24 hours of your originally scheduled time

  • Failure to pay may result in the cancellation of future appointments and/or booking bans

  • Cancellations made under 24 hours of the original appointment time will incur a $30 cancellation fee

  • Appointments rescheduled under 24 hours of the original time will result in a $30 reschedule fee

  • Processing fees still apply

  • To avoid fees, please make changes or cancellations at least 24 hours in advance

Inclement Weather Policy

  • If the provider must cancel due to weather (e.g., flooding, snow, severe storms), you will not be penalized

  • If the client cancels, standard fees still apply unless the provider is also unable to attend
